“I am happy to give my backing to Natalie McGarry as the candidate whom I know will truly fight for the people of Glasgow East. She brings life experience as well as real political experience to the table.

A seasoned campaigner she was at the forefront of the referendum campaign, a grass roots campaigner whom I have grown to respect for her principles and passion.

Her record speaks for itself, repeatedly taking on the political dinosaurs she was a key individual in helping bring women to the forefront of the referendum campaign especially as a co-founder of Women for Independence.

I believe Natalie is the best candidate to ensure that Margaret Curran gets her well deserved P45 come the General Election.
